We ship our products exactly as they are represented in the Gallery. This means, for instance, that you cannot buy an embroidery without its frame.
Currently we sell the finished items only and make-to-order embroidery is not provided.
The order total is limited to $250 for reasons of payment security and delivery facility.
Our cross-stitch patterns are provided in PDF immediately after purchase. At the last page of the checkout process you will find the link to download the file. This link will be emailed to you as well.
To ensure the efficient delivery of handmade goods, we use the Ukrainian State Enterprise of Posts Ukrposhta. Thus we can send our embroidery to almost any place in the world.
The shipping charges are based on the weight of the items ordered and correspond to the prices of Ukrposhta. The actual shipping charge of your order is shown during the checkout procedure before you are committed to placing the order.

The estimating delivery time to any region of the world is up to 14 working days. We notify the customer of the order postal identifier to track the delivery.
If for some reason you are unhappy with the purchased item, just return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we will provide a refund for the price paid for the item. This term is applicable to handmade goods only. There is no refund for electronic items.
